Scanner (iTero / Trios)

Digital scanning replaces traditional impressions with a fast, comfortable, and highly accurate 3D image of your teeth. Using iTero or Trios technology, we can capture a full model of your mouth within minutes—without the trays, putty, or discomfort associated with older methods.

These scans help guide many types of treatment, including crowns, Invisalign, night guards, and restorative dentistry. They also allow us to show you a clear visual of your teeth so you can better understand what we see.

What digital scans are used for

• Planning Invisalign and clear aligner treatment
• Designing crowns, bridges, and onlays
• Creating night guards and sports guards
• Monitoring bite changes or wear over time

Why digital scans matter

A detailed, accurate scan leads to better-fitting appliances and more predictable results. Scans can be stored, reviewed, and compared over time to help track changes and support long-term planning.

What happens during a scan

We move a small handheld wand around your teeth and gums. As it captures thousands of images per second, a full 3D model builds on-screen. It’s quick, precise, and easy to sit through.
